welcome you to the Littlestone Golf Club website

Littlestone is a Championship Links Course laid out on the natural undulating land between the famous Romney Marsh and the English Channel in the South East corner of Kent.   The coastline enjoys a unique micro-climate which makes it one of the driest places in Britain.    The course is presented in superb condition throughout the year and temporary tees and greens are unheard of.  Trolleys are allowed throughout the year and the course only closes in the rare event of snow.

Littlestone is recognised as being one of the top 100 courses in England.

The Club is justifiably proud of again being chosen as a Final Qualifying venue for the 2011 Open and a very recent report by the R & A Agronomist states that our greens are 'magnificent and they are some of the best examples of firm, true and well paced putting greens in the UK'.

Littlestone Golf Club has hosted many Championships and has a long and distinguished history.  We are a traditional two ball club although we do welcome four ball play by visitors on Wednesdays.  Visitors and Societies are indeed most welcome throughout the week and at weekends and on Bank Holidays, subject to available tee times.  All Visitors are Members for the day and as such can play from the Medal Tees, enjoy the exceptional practice facilities and the relaxed, friendly ambience of the Clubhouse too.

The 18 hole Romney Warren Golf Course lies alongside the Championship Littlestone Golf Course and is owned by the members of Littlestone.  Three and four balls are always welcome on Romney Warren and it is possible to arrange a day's golf over both courses.  Details of Romney Warren can be found at www.romneywarrengolfclub.org.uk.

We do hope that you will come to visit this unique part of the country and enjoy the wonderful Littlestone experience - a very friendly welcome awaits!
