Director of Golf. Andrew Jones.
With years of playing and teaching experience including playing for GB and Ireland Amateur teams and representing his home country of Wales including winning the Order of Merit twice, Andrew is one of Golf Monthly’s Top 25 UK Coaches and his credentials speak for themselves. Andrew is part of the Kent County coaching team and currently coaches the Under-16's Squad as well as one of the regional development squads.

Totally approachable and flexible in the application of his philosophy to individuals Andrew is well known and highly respected in the golfing fraternity and teaches successful amateurs and professionals alike. However at what level you play is of less importance to him than your desire to improve and your willingness and commitment to applying his knowledge to your game.

With his thoroughly individual approach you will gain knowledge and instruction in a form that you can apply effectively as it is tailored to suit your specific needs and method of learning be it visual, auditory or kinaesthetic. After a lesson with Andrew you will be armed with honest usable advice, no gimmicks, no quick fixes, which fail as soon as you play again and definitely no "one method fits all.

Andrew's Coaching Studio is equipped with the latest state of the art GC2 ball flight monitor and golf course simulator, giving extremely accurate and valuable data to ensure no detail is missed.

Our PGA trainee works with Andrew developing our coaching programmes for all abilities and all ages. Under Andrew's tutorage, Charlie  is learning his trade from one of the best coaches in Kent and their obvious skills both playing and coaching have already seen some of our juniors and older players exceed their expectations.

Charlie Wilson
I have been a part of Littlestone for the past 10 years and have over a decade's experience in the golfing industry competing in tournaments and creating lesson programmes tailored to individuals. I have just completed ( and passed!)  my second year of a  PGA degree and specialise in everything from impact factors and short game skills to club fittings on our GC2 launch monitor. My mission is simple; I want you to hit solid golf shots consistently in a predictable direction. I will adjust your swing to suit your capabilities, will help you understand your swing and improve your technique. I feel to be successful it is important to teach the Individual, not a method.

Bruce MacDonald PGA
Bruce started playing golf at the age of 12 at Etchinghill golf club. He turned professional in 2008 successfully becoming a fully qualified PGA Professional in 2012.His reputation as a coach, specifically juniors, was the reason Littlestone asked him to come to the Romney Marsh so both members and visitors can benefit from his excellent coaching.

Bruce still enjoys his competitive golf and completed many professional events throughout 2016 with plenty of top 10 finishes. His playing knowledge is one of the reasons golfers of all abilities come to him as he helps the find the simplest but most effective way of getting round the golf course. He believes that a simple technique with advanced course  and club knowledge allows golfers to reach the best potential.
